How adorable and completely in love are today’s couple Cori and Ben? Well, Ben proposed 15 times to his wife to be (she said yes everytime) and if that isn’t a sign of a man completely and utterly smitten than I don’t know what is! Their wedding at the Elsie Perrin Williams Estates was full of sweet pink and gray chevron details that I think you’re going to love, but I have a feeling you’re going to love their “how we met” story just as much; seriously it’s pretty cute.
In their Photographer Brianna’s Words:
Every day the FexEx guy came. The same time. The same parcels. The same guy. He would smile and nod. Drop off the packages. And head out on his way. Every single day. But one day something was different. The time was the same. The packages were the same. But the FedEx man was different. He was tall. Tanned. With dark hair and light eyes. His smile made her stop in her tracks. From the minute Cori saw Ben she couldn’t catch her breath. He had stolen it without even a word. And that’s exactly what happened. Not a word was spoken. By him. Or her. They just smiled and stood there staring at each other. Until Cori ran to a co-workers office and said (read : yelled) that she had just met the man she was going to marry. There was only one problem she didn’t even know his name.
With every delivery Cori hoped she might see him again. But time after time the regular FedEx guy came back and her mystery man seemed to be lost forever. Finally one day she couldn’t handle it anymore. She had to find out who he was and asked the regular delivery man. Who was the tall man with the dark hair and the light eyes? Now knowing his name, she added Ben to Facebook and poked him. Not quite as large of a commitment as a message. But just enough to get his attention. The minute her finger left the mouse she panicked. What if he didn’t do it back? What if didn’t want to add her? What is she had just embarrassed herself? Then a few days later when he messaged her, she felt like she did the first time he walked into the room. Breathless. Speechless. Swept off her feet. And absolutely certain that this was the man of her dreams.
